• Reject withdrawal requests linked to suspicious activity.

• Take legal action to protect our interests.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use them:

• In violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• To exploit or harm, or attempt to exploit or harm, minors in any way.

• To send, receive, upload, or use material that does not comply with these terms.

• To send or promote advertising or promotional material, including spam, chain letters, junk mail, or similar solicitations.

Saffor allows users to earn points by completing offers and surveys. By participating, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and complete tasks as instructed.

• Follow the rules and guidelines of third-party offer and survey providers.

• Not use fraudulent, automated, or deceptive means to earn points.

Users may earn points by completing offers and surveys. All rewards are subject to verification. Saffor reserves the right to withhold or deny rewards for any reason, including suspected fraud or breach of these terms. Points may be converted to US dollars or Iraqi dinars at the exchange rate announced in the app, which may change without prior notice.

Our website content, features, and functionality—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the exclusive property of Saffor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Saffor provides its services on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffor will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saffor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your access to or use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

Saffor may modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you by posting updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
